As one of the leading advocates of blockchain organization models, Vyvo Generation plans to decentralize Digital Health Data and partner with several technology partners, blockchain security experts, and contributors to help the foundation build a thriving ecosystem around the field of Decentralized Digital Health (DDH). The DDH can benefit everyone. This Ecosystem will fuel research and help develop new treatments and drugs in all areas of health and medicine. Thus, we need to know the Vyvo & Helo-related lingo as DDH changes our lives and the way the Health Industry works completely.
By the way, did you ever try to imagine what the Future of Health will look like? Well, this short video below can give you a clue:
What is it for us
Does it seem like a distant future to you? It’s actually nearer than you may think. The Vyvo Smart Chain already has the projected technology and capability and they are not waiting till 2040. “The Future of Health” ecosystem outlined in this Deloitte video already employs features such as Guardian Alert, which can detect changes or deviations in their vital signs so they are alerted and can take immediate action. Vyvo users already make use of the personalized AI generated reports and customized products, based on their data. We provide users with their own unique cryptographic key so they can control their health and wellness data.
According to Fabio Galdi (Vyvo), 2021, “Vyvo has created the first self-funded, “Digital Health Sharing Economy” to use blockchain technology for sharing earnings generated from DDH, “expected to reach US$833 billion by 2027 with these users themselves.” And it’s just a start. Wait for what happens next as it goes IPO (Note: The availability of Vyvo Coin (VSC) on the crypto exchanges is scheduled for anytime July-September 2023).
So back to the definitions. Some of the keywords defining this new DDH technology are the Blockchain, Vyvo Smart Chain, inPwrsona dApp, Helo Smart App, Helo health, web3, Mining, DHH, and NFT. For those who are new to this field, let me touch upon them and start with the Blockchain concept.
1. What is Blockchain
Now, think of it as a (digital) database, or a ledger. However, contrary to a centralized database, the Blockchain technology distributes data and connections across services differently. As a result, decentralized applications and services come to life. Additionally to ensuring verifiable authenticity in a decentralized world, blockchains also provide an immutable ledger of transactions and activity.
A blockchain is:
- Cryptocurrency-enabled. Cryptocurrency usage is a key feature of Web 3.0 services and largely replaces the use of traditional (fiat) currency.
- Autonomous and automated. More automation overall is a primary feature of Web 3.0.
2. Vyvo Smart Chain defined
Then, Vyvo Smart Chain is a non-centralized blockchain based on the Ethereum fork. It implements a unique Proof of Sensing (PoSe) protocol, encryption technology developed directly on the Vyvo Life Sense innovation.
Many other blockchains including Ethereum currently utilize the Proof of Work (POW) consensus protocol to verify the transactions and create new blocks.
3. dApp VS a regular app
Decentralized applications (dApps) are similar to traditional apps, with the key difference being that instead of relying on centralized servers, they run on a decentralized peer-to-peer blockchain network. dApps create many advantages including confidential data management. While a traditional app requires user data to access the services that are then managed in a centralized database controlled by the app developer, dApp users utilize their own blockchain “accounts”, namely cryptographic keys, to avoid disclosing their data.
Since a dApp runs on Vyvo Smart Chain, it inherits all the rigorous security standards adopted by the VSC. These include data anonymization, validation protocols for data integrity within its ecosystem, and secure transactions between Wallet Addresses.
4. Why should Data-NFT be of interest to any of us?
inPersona runs on Vyvo Smart Chain that validates, anonymizes, monetizes the health data, and enables the users to get rewards for it.
Currently, large commercial organizations collect health and wellness data, perhaps even by one whose product is currently on your wrist. Wearers agree to technical terms and conditions that allow third parties to own the collected data without their knowledge. The collected data are not anonymous; they monetize or sell the data they gather. Users do not participate in these transactions, nor do they benefit from their profits.
5. Helo Health
Helo Health is a technology powered by data-driven wellness. With the help of biometric data collected by our personal devices, customers can enjoy wellness-centered lifestyles and empower themselves with biodata.
6. Helo Smart App
Developed exclusively for your Helo device the Helo Smart App makes it easy to manage all your devices, and store and display data and bio-parameters. This App helps you learn and understand your habits (lifestyle, activity, sleep, and rest). It also offers you useful and vital tips on improving yourself and reaching new levels of well-being.
Additionally, a user-friendly interface guides you through the various functions of the devices, while also educating you on each health and wellness parameter monitored by your devices.
7. Decentralized Digital Health Platform
With the Decentralized Digital Health Platform (DDH), emerging technologies can be adapted and leveraged to create new scenarios and opportunities in the field of Health and Wellness management using Vyvo Smart Chain. As a result, we can improve our health and facilitate scientific research.
The DDH’s main objective is to make it easier for people to take advantage of modern technology. By providing users with access to their health data, we intend to accomplish this. To achieve this, Vyvo Smart Chain devices connected to the Vyvo Smart Chain provide users with the benefits of creating the most comprehensive and resourceful health data resource with actionable data.
Users wearing VSC-Compatible Wearable Devices produce a wide variety of anonymized data in a variety of categories, including health and wellness, environmental, macronutrient, and nutritional data available in the Marketplace.
8. Web3
This is the third generation of web technologies. Additionally, also known as the World Wide Web, web3 is the foundation for Internet use. It provides services for websites and applications. Since Web 3.0 is still being defined and evolving there is no universally accepted definition that would be canonical.
Also, several key Web 3.0 features help define what the third generation of the web will likely be all about. It includes the following:
Decentralized nature. Unlike the first two generations of the web where governance and applications were largely centralized, Web 3.0 is decentralized. Applications and services are enabled in a distributed approach, where there isn’t a central authority. They is a Blockchain-based approach.
Autonomous and artificially intelligent. Finally, more automation overall is a critical feature of Web 3.0, and that automation will largely be powered by AI.
9. Mining
A blockchain’s global ledger is secured through mining, i.e. adding blocks to a blockchain. Miners are individuals who possess the computer hardware and software necessary to add blocks to a blockchain. As a result of the comprehensive algorithm, they receive rewards.
10. Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs)
Finally, an NFT is a type of cryptographic token on a Blockchain where each token is unique and not interchangeable (Non-Fungible). Thanks to NFTs we can assign or claim ownership of any unique piece of digital data trackable by using the blockchain as a public ledger. An NFT is minted from digital objects and represents digital or non-digital assets. There are various frameworks for the creation and issuance of NFTs. The most prominent of these is ERC-721.
Therefore, in reality, for example, an NFT could represent:
- Deeds to a car
- Legal documents
- Tickets to a real world-event
Similarly, in digital art, an NFT could represent assets such as GIFs, music, videos, and collectibles.
