Thus for every student attending a session, that’s an instant $10, making a class of 100 students a rewarding $1000 per session for the month. Then, raising it up to 500 students makes for an impressive $5000. Plus, there’s no interruption in pay thanks to our seamless 12-month pay cycle.
In our empowering structure, students in grades 1 through 8 can attend up to 5 classes daily, while grades 9 through 12 can attend up to 6 classes daily. There is no worrying about the costs—the FMS Vortex System will handle the pay structure and cover your Zoom classroom fees upon sign-up. We’re invested in your growth, offering comprehensive training for utilizing YouTube effectively and mastering the curriculum material.

Application Criteria for in our online teachers
We want to make sure that our instructors, teachers, and tutors are great as we believe our online education alternative to be special and one-of-the-kind from other platforms. We want teachers in our program who are not only educated but also caring, fair, compassionate, exciting, and motivated. Hence , there won’t be any stoners or other people out looking for a job.
Because of the way this system works, if you are not outstanding, you will not be successful in earning the money you seek. The learners would be attracted to you because of your appeal. Although we will market the program to get students in it, you have control if the students choose you as their teacher. Keep in mind that you get compensated per participant. not per class.

Along with your 4-year teaching degree in teaching you will also meet these requiremnts:
- Applications are welcome from recent graduates and former instructors.
- Must have a genuine passion for education and something unique to give.
- You will need to join the FMS Vortex, through DTCA which is the teacher’s program payment system.
- Therefore, you will need to create a YouTube channel and video showcasing your unique qualification, and talent and introduce yourself to your potential students and their families. (Training and instruction will be provided)
- Dedication and commitment to the program
- And finally, the ability to be above reproach and to set a higher standard in education than the traditional school systems.
